A Tourist Help Desk is available in the arrivals area. Multilingual staff assist travelers with flight information, local directions and any inquiries about services or procedures at the airport.
There are no formal airline lounges at Djerba Airport. However, passengers can relax in the two onsite cafés (one before security and one after) which offer seating and refreshments.
The airport does not offer public free Wi-Fi. Travelers can use Wi-Fi in the cafés or utilize mobile data (purchasing an eSIM or local SIM card) for internet access.
Djerba Airport has limited shopping: there is a duty-free shop and a few small gift shops. These boutiques sell souvenirs, local crafts and duty-free items to departing passengers.
Airport security officers and local police are present to enforce safety and security. Standard security checks are in place, and unattended baggage is handled according to regulations.
A first-aid medical service is available at the airport in case of emergencies.
There is one café in the public arrivals hall and another café/bistro after security. Both serve light meals, snacks and beverages for passengers.

Local taxis are cheap (e.g. ~€3 to central Houmt Souk, which is 9 km). Public buses are available too (one-way fare ~€0.25) connecting Houmt Souk with major towns like Tunis and Sfax.
